It is about a 3.5-hour drive from Melbourne CBD.
Mt. Buller is one of the most well-equipped ski resort and also the most popular one in Melbourne. It belongs to the intermediate ski resort and is also a good place for beginners to experience skiing back and forth in a single day. Next to the ABOM fast climbing cable car in the south, there are ski and practice area for beginners. Intermediate skiers will find suitable path next to the Summit and Wombat lifts.
Transport is provided to / from 'The Skating Rink' carpark at Mount Buller, from here passengers will have to use the over snow taxi.
｜Lake Mountain｜
It is about a 3-hour drive from Melbourne CBD.
Lake Mountain is another snow resort that is slightly closer to Melbourne. It is also a relatively elementary snow resort. It is very suitable for children to go tobogganing, cross-country skiing, or just a snowy holiday with the whole family. The ideal getaway for snowmobiling and enjoy the snow.

Mt. Baw Baw is the smallest ski resort in Melbourne, which is surrounded by national parks. The terrain here is flatter than other ski resorts. It is very suitable for beginner skiers and a winter resort for adults and children.
